Our breeding farm – quality, passion and development

At Coniraya Farm, we have been breeding Huacaya alpacas since 2013. From the very beginning, we have had one goal in mind: quality. That’s why the first animals that joined our herd were of the premium class.

We have imported alpacas from all over the world – today our herd includes specimens from Chile, Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and from 2024 also from New Zealand.

We are proud to observe the development of our breeding farm. In addition to our beautiful, award-winning females and males, we already have over 100 crias – young alpacas – born on our farm, which are the best proof of the effectiveness of our breeding efforts.

We continually improve our operations, drawing knowledge from courses and internships completed in countries such as Austria, Germany, Norway, the UK, Chile, Peru, and the USA. Thanks to this knowledge and close collaboration with breeders around the world, we develop our breeding operations in accordance with the highest global standards.

Each year, our herd is enriched by outstanding specimens. In 2021, we were joined by Xanadu Peruvian Calvados and FDA Leviathan’s Super Star Struck, in 2022 by Flanders Talisman, in 2023 by Red Granites Pallaton, and the following year by a group of exceptional animals from New Zealand.

Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with German breeding farms, we are also proud to have offspring of European champions.

Two areas are particularly close to my heart – veterinary medicine and alpaca fleece – and it is in these areas that I am constantly expanding my knowledge.

The judging course at the American Alpaca Owners Association, which began in 2022, is another step for me towards an even deeper understanding and development of breeding standards.

I believe that learning about alpacas is a journey that never ends.
